A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Project Manager to join a global manufacturer, leading the implementation of a HRIS project globally.
We are happy to consider HR professionals who have a good knowledge of HR systems and are open to a move away from more generalist HR roles.
Your primary role would be to manage the HRIS implementation, but there would also be more general project management duties, as well as project and program management of the system implementation, including supporting on change management.
Experience Required:
* Strong track record of Project Management within HR or Systems (certifications a bonus).
* Ideally have a good knowledge of people processes and their enablement using technology.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of how HRIS can provide value to the business.
* Familiar with maintenance of HRIS or similar databases/software development processes.
* Strong experience in stakeholder management.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Ability and desire to travel as per business requirements.
