About the Role:
As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing relationships with retail and wholesale customers in your assigned territory, driving sales, and increasing brand presence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Building strong partnerships with key retail and wholesale accounts.
* Identifying new business opportunities to expand product reach and distribution.
* Ensuring product visibility, availability, and compliance with industry regulations.
* Delivering sales and market share targets, while tracking competitor activity.
* Providing insights and recommendations based on shopper trends and category performance.
About You:
* Experience in field sales, FMCG, or a similar customer-facing role.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset, with strong relationship-building skills.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
* A full, valid driving licence (a company car is provided).
