Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Account Executive roles within our New Business and Existing Business departments.
New Business Responsibilities:
* Provide professional advice and guidance to clients on suitable car and home insurance products.
* Handle new business enquiries for personal insurance and process quotations.
* Evaluate client requirements and provide suitable cover solutions.
Existing Business Responsibilities:
* Deliver first-class care and professional advice to existing clients during policy renewals.
* Issue and amend car or home renewals.
* Handle mid-term adjustments, queries, and administration duties related to client insurance needs.
Team Collaboration:
* B build relationships across teams to deliver on team targets and objectives.
Compliance:
* Ensure compliance standards are met during all processes.
Requirements:
* 12-18 months of experience handling car or home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.
* Hold an Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance or have made progress towards achieving a CIP qualification.
* Demonstrate energy, drive, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.
