ISO Quality Systems Specialist
Our clients, a multi-national Engineering firm, are looking to recruit a Quality Systems Specialist to join their QHSE team. This is a contract role to assist the team with preparation for a number of Audits which are coming up.
The Role:
This is a role reporting to the Country QHSE-SA Manager and working across multiple departments in a dynamic multinational electrical engineering company. The role will involve maintaining the company's certified ISO 45001, 45001 and 9001 system, working with a diverse team across a dynamic business, reviewing risk assessments, taking part in project meetings, and dealing with 3rd parties.
* Maintaining the company ISO management system
* Preparing for external audits
* Conducting internal audits
* Involvement with external audits
* QHSE Inductions
* Attending project meetings
The Person:
* Degree in Quality Management/Engineering or similar, with 5+ years of Quality Management or similar experience
* Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
* Extremely detail-oriented with knowledge in ISO 45001, 45001 and 9001 systems
* Excellent organisational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritise and manage peaks in workload
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing customer relationships
* Excellent Information Technology skills (including knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP, SharePoint)
* Auditing experience
