CENTAL ENGINEERING LTD - HR MANAGER Job Type:Full-time Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year Company Background: Cental, a global designer and manufacturer of Modular Infrastructure is looking to recruit a HR Manager.
The position will be based in Carlow Town, Co. Carlow and working closely with the Senior Team.
Summary: Reporting to the CFO, the successful candidate will be a key appointment for the company and will be joining Cental at an exciting time with the company experiencing significant growth in recent years.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Strategic Human Resources Leadership: Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals.
Collaborate with the executive team to ensure HR initiatives support business objectives.
Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and maintain a healthy work environment.
Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and mediation.
Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to set performance expectations and goals.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Facilitate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Implement initiatives to create an inclusive workplace culture.
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Legal Compliance Stay informed about labour laws and regulations.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with applicable laws.
Succession Planning: Develop and implement succession planning strategies.
Identify and nurture high-potential employees for leadership roles.
HR Technology: Oversee the implementation and utilization of HR technology systems.
Leverage technology for efficient HR processes and data management.
Qualifications & Experience: Third level degree in Human Resources or CIPD qualification.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong background in HR management, strategic planning and team leadership.
