Regional Field Sales Manager - FMCG
A leading Distribution company with brands in all major Retailers across Ireland is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to oversee a Team of Field Sales Executives.
About the Job
You will develop and manage a team of Field Sales Executives responsible for executing brand plans at point of purchase in Impulse & Grocery Group outlets throughout the Midlands and South East Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Effectively lead, train, and motivate the Team to implement the Sales Strategy across specified channels and categories.
* Foster continuous improvement within stores, benchmarking performance against world-class standards.
* Review the Journey Plan on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient, effective, and comprehensive coverage of the territory.
* Develop and maintain consistent performance within your team through ongoing field training, communication, motivation, and periodic assessments.
Requirements:
* A relevant University Degree (a strong advantage)
* At least 3 years' field sales experience within FMCG
* Experience in building and maintaining relationships with Grocery Retailers
* Management experience over a Sales Team
* A strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
