Job Description
The travel and accommodation administrator will be responsible for managing the company's travel and accommodation needs. This is a fully on-site, 3-month temporary contract with a pro-rata salary based in Dublin.
Responsibilities
* Manage employee and executive travel and accommodation requests in a timely manner according to project schedules.
* Arrange appropriate modes of travel, including flights, rental cars, hotel reservations, and long-term apartments, while coordinating with landlords and estate agents.
* Liaise with travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations.
* Maintain accurate travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars.
* CHECK ALL TRAVEL AGENCY INVOICES ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
* Prepare high-quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team.
Requirements
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
* 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role.
* Able to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments.
* Self-motivated, assertive, and problem-solving individual with excellent teamwork skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
