About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Agent/Receptionist to join our team. Our base teams play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, and our customer experience team members are instrumental in ensuring customers have a memorable holiday.
This is a fast-paced and fun role that requires strong customer service skills, sales ability, and organizational skills. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing them with a friendly and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure customers have an exceptional holiday experience
* Manage check-in and checkout processes efficiently
* Provide local recommendations and advice on itineraries
* Upsell ancillary products such as insurance and cleaning services
* Maintain a tidy and clean reception area
* Support colleagues in other departments as needed
Requirements
* Demonstrable evidence of delivering excellent customer service
* Proven track record in upselling ancillary products
* Knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions (desirable)
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, head office, and customers
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft applications
