About the Role:
This exciting and varied role is part of our People and Engagement team in Finance, supporting the Treasury Customer Engagement strategy.
The key purpose of the role is to produce and multichannel distribute information to Treasury customers, support internal and external events, and drive employee engagement within Finance.
Key Accountabilities:
* Have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Financial Services or similar Business environment.
* Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person Customer and Employee events, including Technology support and Event Management.
* Create and deliver content for approved Internal and External campaigns.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on communication activities and make recommendations based on findings.
* Produce and distribute multichannel information to customers.
What You Will Bring:
* Experience designing, implementing, and reporting on multichannel email and digital campaigns (Internal/External).
* Graphic design, video and audio production, editing, and other media management skills.
* A proven passion for people engagement and experience delivering effective Internal/External communication strategies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
* A highly organized, creative, self-starter with high levels of attention to detail.
* Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
