Job Description:
The Supply Chain Analyst will be committed to transforming data into actionable reports that drive business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a deep understanding of supply chain planning signals, including inventory, procurement, demand, in-transit stock, and stock transfers.
* Analyse configurations in source Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems related to supply chain planning processes.
* Ensure accurate master and transactional data within relevant systems.
* Investigate process and data gaps within business intelligence systems, determine root causes, and analyse options to mitigate risks.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively set and manage ERP parameters and indicators.
* Address non-routine and complex inquiries by adapting techniques and methods to develop solutions.
* Apply analytical skills to interpret trends and data generated by company reporting systems.
* Understand the business impact of technical issues.
* Work closely with managers and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and build relationships.
* Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
* Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain, with a focus on ERP MRP systems.
* Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query.
* Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, Fabric, Azure, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
