Our Fintech client has an exciting requirement for an Employee Relations Manager for a 12-month Maternity Leave contract in Dublin West.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ER processes are adhered to with best practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIREDProviding HR guidance on complex ER casesCoaching managers on a broad range of ER issuesManaging grievance and disciplinary proceduresWorking closely with wider global ER teams to build effective relationships with various stakeholdersParticipating in projects and initiatives related to ERAnalyzing ER practices and policies regularly to ensure complianceEXPERIENCE REQUIRED8+ years HR experience in a corporate environmentDegree or equivalent in Human Resources or related disciplineCIPD qualification is an advantageStrong background in Employee RelationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFor further information please contact Maryclaire Booth at
