**Job Title:** Capital Procurement Analyst
LSC has a great contract opportunity for a Capital Procurement Analyst to join a leading Global Pharmaceutical company based in Cork.
Responsibilities:
Manage Procurement activity on Capital projects.
Manage RFI/RFP/RFQ's for Site Capital Projects Group.
Negotiate and set-up Contracts.
Maintain Supplier Relationship Management process for Capital vendors.
Update and maintain Project Tracker Files.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a busy procurement environment.
Previous experience in managing capital projects in a pharmaceutical environment essential (construction, capital equip, lab equip).
Experience with negotiating and drafting capital contracts essential.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Comfortable working alone, or as part of a multi-functional team.
Good SAP experience, creating and updating Purchase Orders, reports etc.
Microsoft office skills are essential.
Good communication skills, liaising with all levels across the organisation.
IIPMM or equivalent preferred.
