Key Responsibilities:

2. Answer and direct phone calls.
3. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
5. Provide administrative support as needed.
6. Assist with office events and meetings.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 1-2 years of experience in a Receptionist or similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong customer service orientation.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
