Office Manager Role

This is a key leadership position that provides comprehensive executive admin support, collaborates with internal teams, and manages the facilities and day-to-day operations of the office.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support, manage office supplies and equipment, handle mail and correspondence, and maintain organized filing systems.

* Act as Personal Assistant to senior management, managing calendars, travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
">
* Oversee building maintenance, ensure safety and environmental standards are met, manage security systems, and liaise with building management.
">
* Coordinate with IT support for smooth technology operations and manage relationships with vendors for office-related services.
">
* Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain employee records, and support other HR-related tasks.
">
* Process invoices, manage expenses, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
">
* Organize company events, meetings, and manage logistics for external guests.
">
* Implement and maintain health and safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
">
">
* 3 years of experience in office management.
">
* Experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, with diary management experience.
">
* Events planning and coordination experience.
">
">
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality. They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a permanent, onsite position working 30 hours per week, Monday through Thursday. The successful candidate will be based in Dublin City Centre.
