Purpose

In this role, you will optimise existing and new digital marketing platforms, channels and systems including social media to deliver Bord Bia’s strategy.
What you’ll do
1. Lead and manage Digital Marketing on a Project basis for Food Brand Ireland and Bord Bia in line with the overall marketing strategy.
2. Act as champion for a digital approach to our marketing across the organisation including online advertising, social media and email marketing, CRM, Search Engine Optimisation and web data analytics as well as supporting the Digital Strategy Roadmap organisationally.
3. Work with internal teams to develop campaigns and the development of highly effective, targeted media strategies.
4. Lead the development and establishment of an efficient and effective Digital Asset Management system.
5. Work with internal teams and external agencies to manage content creation, planning and execution optimising SEO.
6. Develop best practice reporting methodologies for digital marketing technology performance.
7. Review technologies and explore new digital marketing technology developments, to include networking with external agencies and organisations.
8. Work in an integrated way as part of a Marketing and Communications Team, including actively participating in the Marketing Management team.
9. Manage the performance of team members by determining and delegating priorities, through regular, formal PDP and PGP conversations and informal feedback and coaching.
10. Manage assigned budgets in accordance with One Bord Bia procedures.
11. Embed adherence to the One Bord Bia Operating Model.
About You
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge:
* Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a relevant discipline; Marketing, Communications and/or Digital Marketing.
Skills & Capabilities:
* Digital first mindset.
* Comfortable with an agile culture focused on continuous improvement.
* Experience managing and developing a team.
* Strong project management skills to manage projects, programmes, teams and agencies across complex projects on time and within budget to a high technical standard.
* Delivering large scale website development, migration and integration projects.
* Creating and delivering effective digital marketing strategies and plans.
* Leading cross team collaboration, inclusive of supplier teams and with a focus on performance management.
Desirable Skills & Capabilities
* Developing digital marketing campaigns, and managing SEO, PPC, & social media strategies.
* Implementing organisational wide digital marketing systems.
* Results focused.
