Job Description:
At Haughey Recruitment, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to provide recruitment solutions to various industry sectors.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven sales generation record, strong business development skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be responsible for resourcing candidates, servicing temporary and permanent vacancies, and developing new business while managing client expectations.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR, be qualified to A level standard or equivalent, and have the ability to prioritize and work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Resourcing of candidates using job board searching, targeted adverts, and head-hunting on LinkedIn
- Servicing temporary and permanent vacancies with an established database of clients
- Developing new business while managing client expectations
- Identifying sales opportunities and providing recruitment solutions
- Interviewing candidates and advising on career guidance and coaching
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR
- Qualified to A level standard or equivalent
- Proven sales generation record

- Ability to prioritize and work independently
