We are currently seeking an individual with robust field or inside sales experience who consistently engages in outbound activity for sales purposes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales growth through proactive customer outreach with the ability to close transactional type deals over the phone or face to face.
Your challenges will be:
1. Market and promote company products and services to existing and potential clients;
2. Inbound and outbound contact with clients and prospects;
3. Cold calling to qualify leads and conversion of hot leads/inbound sales;
4. Maintain the existing client database and develop growth opportunities;
5. Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction;
6. Answer client questions about products, prices, and availability;
7. Organize meetings with prospects to conduct sales;
8. Conduct research to identify new business opportunities;
9. Work to reach and exceed sales targets;
10. Use the company’s CRM to manage activities and communications with clients and prospects;
11. Act as an ambassador of the company at fairs, exhibitions, and local business networks;
12. Provide after-sales support;
13. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Your Profile:
1. A minimum of 2 years of previous professional experience in the Fintech/Banking/Payment industry is desirable but not essential;
2. A minimum of 3 years of previous professional experience in sales, preferably in a fast-paced environment and/or industry in either a field or inside sales role;
3. Previous professional experience in telecoms/retail/outlet or similar will be considered a strong advantage;
4. Experience with administration and working with systems such as ticketing and CRM, invoicing, and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word;
5. Have a very good understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
6. Able to meet and exceed sales targets;
7. Commitment to excellent customer service;
8. Flexible person who thinks outside the box and possesses a can-do attitude;
9. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers;
10. Great communication skills and eager to assist customers with problem-solving;
11. A team player, able to coordinate efforts and be very well synchronized with teammates;
12. Passion for technology and the latest developments;
13. Very good command of English, both verbal and written.

Package:
1. Salary - 35k-37.5k DOE;
2. 30% commission uncapped;
3. Car allowance 6,000;
4. Pension, Healthcare, income protection, life assurance, phone, 28 days annual leave;
5. Role to be split between field and phone;
6. Phone work to be office based (2 to 3 days per week).
