Hotel Talent are currently recruiting an experienced Operations Manager for a hotel in Cavan. The role will require the effective and efficient management of the ground floor food & beverage operation along with supporting the General Manager in the running of the property.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the hotel with a detailed focus on the ground floor food & beverage operations.
2. Lead and guide the team, continually tweaking procedures and improving service.
3. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail.
4. Ensure Management observe all shift and opening/closing procedures.
5. Provide mature leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all.
6. Ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements
1. Experience in managing busy Food and Beverage operations from large volume hotels in Ireland.
2. Must display effective leadership and proven team management abilities.
3. Reliable, committed, motivated and above all, a professional person required.
4. 3+ years Deputy GM/Operations Management experience in a leisure style 4* hotel in Ireland preferred.
