Greenergy’s core business in Ireland is the importation, distribution, and sale of fuel and convenience products. These products are sold to a wide range of customer channels, including industrial, commercial, agricultural, domestic, wholesale, and forecourt retail. Greenergy acquired Inver Energy in 2017 and recently acquired Amber Petroleum. The company has a network of over 100 branded forecourts operating under the Inver and Amber brands and currently operates 20 convenience stores under both a company-owned company-operated model and a company-owned dealer-operated model.
Amber Petroleum is hiring for 2 Customer Service Agents for our office in Acres Fermoy.
Please note that 2 positions are available.
Based in Fermoy and reporting directly to the Depot Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys an interactive role dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face. The role of Customer Care/Sales Agent is an all-encompassing role which is customer-centered but also involves raising orders, processing payments, invoicing, and providing support to the delivery team and other departments when required.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
* Respond to the needs of customers and provide a personalized service.
* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
* Process orders, payments, and applications (Budget payers, standing orders).
* De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
* Evaluate customer complaints/problems and provide timely solutions to them.
* Manage online web orders.
* Provide customer service at our front desk.
* Manage filing, mailing, correspondence, and other office admin duties.
* Seize opportunities to upsell products and services.
* Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services, and policies.
