We currently have position for a CSC Support Representative who will be responsible for providing high-end quality customer service for our client in Co Kerry.
Manage each request in an appropriate manner; open a trouble ticket and dispatch efficiently while communicating with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Previous Call Centre experience
2. Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
3. Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past
4. Experience with Windows 10
5. An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
6. An understanding of Active Directory
7. An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage
8. Remote Support Tools
9. Troubleshooting Hardware (Lenovo desktops / MS Surface devices)
10. Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus
11. iPhone user support
12. SCEP (System Center Endpoint Protection)
13. Foreign language skills (French, German, Japanese, Russian) a plus
