Job Description
Reporting to the Eurofins PSS President, Europe, the function of this role is to provide expertise and support to the European business leaders in relation to the various business processes that are in place, both locally and as required by our global structure. It is a dynamic, varied and fast paced environment and this role will serve Eurofins businesses across 10 countries in Europe.
Job Responsibilities
1. Co-ordination and administration of business required KPIs, for example ESG (environment, safety & governance) data, CO2 reduction data, and other Group required metrics
2. Pricing analysis function and deliverables of Group metrics
3. Cost analytics – for example IT, intercompany and allocations of consumption
4. Support with Inter-Company agreements
5. Net Promoter score process management
6. IT distribution list management
7. Internal Eurofins systems support in relation to legal entity status and information
8. Insurance data coordination
9. Generation of specific business metrics for client business review meetings
10. Financial budget preparation support
11. Identifying opportunities for improvement and translating them to projects for approval and subsequent execution.
12. Performing other ad hoc tasks and duties that may be required in order to perform the role.

15. Establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients, industry officials, and peers.
16. Contribute to the Management team and provide input toward the financial growth and development of the company.
17. Contribute to projects for the overall operational success of the scope
18. Assist with optimization of day to day operations of the business
19. Understand and follow each Quality System document relevant to employment responsibilities, e.g., methods, SOPs, etc. when contributing to projects
20. Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
21. Degree Level or equivalent in business management
22. Demonstrated computer skills – requires excellent MS Office experience (especially advanced Excel, Outlook)
23. Demonstrated ability to plan, multi task and prioritise
24. Demonstrated teamwork, communication (written & verbal), and organisational skills
25. Proven ability to work independently
26. Ability to meet deadlines consistently
27. Very strong analytical skills
28. Positive attitude and sense of urgency
29. Ability to take complex concepts and reduce them to step by step plans and actions, and help others do the same
30. Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly
31. Excellent internal client service skills, attention to detail, and persistence.
32. Proficiency within GxP environments is a plus
Proficient in English; proficiency in other European languages is an advantage.
