Safety and Quality Manager - Louth/Hybrid role (Office in Swords)

Role responsibilities include:
Deliver professional advice on health, safety, quality, and environmental matters by engaging with projects, sites, and staff regularly.
Support and review incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented, with a priority on serious incidents.
Conduct and report on internal audits and inspections, escalating findings to relevant leaders and ensuring alignment with ISO and legal standards.
Identify, communicate, and implement industry-leading HSQE risk management and behavioural safety improvements across divisions.
Mentor and coach staff to enhance HSQE performance and drive a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
Role requirements include:
Safety qualification
NEBOSH would be beneficial
5 years Safety experience, ideally in the Utilities, arboriculture, grounds maintenance areas
Full driver’s license
Ability to manage own time effectively
