Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years of experience to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company that values technical and practical expertise. The ideal candidate will not only contribute to current projects but also have the potential to grow into a Commercial Director role over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage cost estimation and control for various projects.
* Collaborate with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and financial risks are managed.
* Provide guidance and support in procurement processes.
* Prepare and analyse tender documents and contracts.
* Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on financial performance.
* Utilize advanced digital practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
Requirements
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in quantity surveying.
* No data center experience necessary, though exposure to mechanical elements is a plus.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
