Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to meet financial and operational targets. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team to deliver seamless service in line with brand standards. Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and special functions. Implement and maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably within a hotel setting. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
