Seeking a Facility and Project Coordinator to assist the Director in delivering Centre activity. Key responsibilities include planning processes, administrative duties, tasks, and proper company governance.
Key Requirements
* Knowledge of James Joyce's life and work, as well as experience working in an educational or cultural institution.
* Prior experience in administration, preferably in a public-focused environment, with good social media skills.
* Office and retail administrative experience, including financial controls and stock taking.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to adapt to working as part of a visitor services team across various activities.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
