Job Description
We are currently looking to add to our team a Financial Accountant, based at Dublin Airport and reporting to the Finance Manager.
This is a full-time, permanent role and an excellent opportunity to join a growing business.
Responsibilities
* Assist in completing accurate monthly management accounts.
* Partner with departments across the business, providing financial analysis and delivering insights that support informed decision-making.
* Gain a deep understanding of the operations of the business.
* Support the annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting processes.
* Assist in year-end reporting, including preparation of statutory financial statements.
* Act as the primary contact for external auditors.
* Support the Finance team in continuous improvement and innovation, including design, testing, and implementation of financial reporting systems and processes.
* Attend to other ad-hoc duties as required within the Finance team.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc) with at least 1 year's PQE.
You will have the ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility for deliverables.
You will have the ability to develop strong working relationships.
You will possess excellent communication skills.
You will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Airport industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
Salary €55,000-€65,000.
