The role of the Meetings and Events Manager is the Involvement in all functions of the Meeting and Events Department. About The Role: Negotiate food and beverage prices, function space, and hotel services within approved departmental booking guidelines. Working closely with the Conference and Banqueting Department, Reservations, Sales Managers & assisting in the overseeing of the Meeting and Events Team Be passionate about world class hospitality service in a 5* environment. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in a similar role in a catering setting or related field or revenue generating department in the hospitality industry, have strong analytical and numerical skills.
