Description
Develop digital communication and social strategies for venues through email marketing, social media, and website content management.
Key Responsibilities
* Design email templates and content for campaigns across clubs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Create engaging content using Canva and Adobe Design Packages, primarily InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Maintain and improve email and social media activity by making recommendations and determining strategies for each Club.
* Regularly report and analyze digital and social activity to inform future strategies.
* Craft compelling social content that generates engagement, grows our following, and builds trust with our audience.
* Manage content calendars using social media management tools, ensuring content is tailored according to each brand voice, channel, and target audience.
* Liaise with Club and venue operations teams and promoters for updates on artist content.
Competencies and Skills
* Substantial experience in social media and content creation.
* Experience crafting engaging social copy that generates reactions.
* Proficiency in email systems and email marketing.
* Hands-on experience with social media management tools for brands.
* Excellent writing and copy skills are essential.
