About the Role We are seeking an experienced Programme Operations Leader – Oncology to manage and oversee clinical operations activities within complex oncology clinical trial programmes.
This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving operational excellence across global trials.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the operational execution of oncology clinical trials, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and objectives.Oversee all aspects of clinical trial management, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Data Management, to ensure seamless trial execution.Provide strategic direction on study feasibility, site selection, and patient recruitment to enhance trial efficiency.Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and local regulatory requirements.Drive continuous process improvements to optimize study execution and accelerate timelines.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including contract research organizations (CROs), vendors, and regulatory agencies.Mentor and support clinical operations team members to foster professional growth and development.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical operations, with a strong focus on oncology clinical trials.Proven track record in leading complex global clinical programmes.Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, clinical trial design, and drug development processes.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Equal Opportunity Employer We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
