WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
The Sales & Account Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the existing Key Account Management team in expanding sales to existing customers and generating new leads. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent communication & administration skills and a strong sales acumen.
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales & Account Executive to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone eager to launch their sales career, with a clear pathway to becoming a Key Account Manager. Within the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring a robust sales pipeline for the team.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat or new business.
2. Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
4. Qualify leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs.
5. Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the Sales team.
6. Meet and exceed individual targets for lead generation and sales pipeline contribution.
7. Follow up on inbound inquiries.
8. Collaborate with the marketing and existing CSR team to achieve targets and objectives.
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
10. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals where relevant.
11. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions.
12. Participate in marketing & customer service meetings and product training sessions.

12. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
13. Previous experience in inside sales or a similar role preferred but not essential.
14. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
16. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
17. Full clean Irish driver's license.
