Job Details: Client Relationship Executive
The Client Relationship Executive is responsible for ensuring the timely and effective day to day processing of activity for Utmost Corporate Solutions across the various product lines ensuring that all work items are processed in accordance with compliance obligations and within agreed service standards.
* To process Group Risk Life & Disability renewals and servicing
* To issue client invoices including deposit and regular invoices
* To respond to client/broker queries in a timely manner
* To monitor debtors and co-ordinate debtor chasing and referral as appropriate
* To implement increased efficiencies in processes where possible
* To carry out other activities as required by the business
Key Responsibilities
Process Life & Disability renewals
* To maintain SLAs for internal and external service delivery
* To ensure renewals are issued timely and accurately
* To request/provide any clarification or information from/to clients
* To co-operate with the wider team as required in relation to driving efficiencies across the team
* Reconcile client renewal accounts in order to issue final invoices including adjustments whether simplified or full admin basis
* To carry out other activities as required by the business
Quality Control
* Streamline the delivery of services to obtain maximum efficiency.
* Create template documentation in line with corporate communication standards.
* Maintain 4 eyes approach to all non-automated communications.
* Conduct regular checks on all output to ensure continued high standards are maintained.
* Identify trends and propose solutions to increase accuracy and strengthen controls.

* Work collaboratively with Internal and External stakeholders
Knowledge - experience or qualifications
* Demonstrate ability to follow processes and procedure and provide feedback for improvement.
* Proven experience of working with large teams and the ability to work with demanding and tight timelines
* The ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail;
* Enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated
* Demonstrates strong organisational and communication skills;
* Good knowledge of MS-Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Financial services operational experience or technical qualification is desirable
