Senior Credit Controller/Sales Ledger Officer
The ideal candidate will work closely with the accounts team and assist in the smooth-running of the credit control and sales ledger function of our company, reporting to the Financial Controller.
* Invoicing and preparing applications for payment
* Bank Reconciliations
* Credit Control - liaising by phone and email with clients ensuring they make payment within agreed terms, maintaining and managing client relationships
* Assisting with VAT returns
* Manage resolution of billing disputes, complaints and discrepancies, responding to escalated complaints within specified timeframes
* 3 + years' experience within a similar role at a Senior level
* Experience managing high volume invoices in an organised and efficient manner
* Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience working within construction sector (desirable)
