The purpose of this role is to provide support with the day-to-day functions of the Aztec Kilkenny depositary services offering under the guidance of a Depositary Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with all aspects of fund record keeping and associated fund structures.
* Support depositary matters, including asset confirmation, reconciliation, and proofing of investment holdings, as well as ad-hoc depositary requests.
* Complete routine depositary queries.
* Prepare periodic cash reconciliations and obtain or source supporting documentation for transactions.
* Maintain accurate records on eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules for depositary procedures.
Requirements
* Experience in depositary/custody functions gained in a depositary bank or similar experience in audit or fund accounting roles.
* Strong technical financial services knowledge (supported through the Aztec Academy).
* Proficiency in computer skills.
