Reporting to the Head of Food Development and Trading, you will lead menu creation, drive food strategy, and manage key food marketing initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across Ireland and the UK, ensuring that our food proposition continues to delight customers and drive commercial success.This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, shape the future of Gousto in Ireland, and be part of a rapidly scaling business.Core Responsbilities Leading menu creation and execution to ensure our offering remains innovative, high-quality, and commercially optimizedOwning and managing the weekly menu performance, utilizing key food metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvementDeveloping and delivering a food marketing calendar in collaboration with the local marketing team, ensuring strong customer engagementManaging and delivering complex food-related projects, working closely with teams across customer, technology, and supply chainMonitoring the competitive landscape and identifying opportunities to enhance our food propositionDriving strategic decision-making through the development of financial models and business casesChampioning menu iterations and problem-solving to enhance the quality and consistency of our offeringsWorking closely with UK-based teams including Buying, Food Technical, Marketing Tech, Data, and Planning to align strategies and initiativesSupporting the General Manager for ROI as part of the wider Republic of Ireland management teamWho You AreA commercially minded professional with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressureExperienced in commercial leadership within a fast-growing or new market launch environmentSkilled in commercial strategy, project management, and analytics, ideally within the food industryA collaborative leader, able to quickly build relationships and influence key stakeholdersHighly organized, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyPassionate about food, with a keen eye for trends, quality, and customer preferencesAdditional InformationEqual Opportunities Whether it’s creating diversity in our recipes or building new teams, we care about our people and the opportunities they have at Gousto.
