Job Title
A dynamic and organized individual is sought to provide administrative support to our team in Waterford, Ireland.
Main Responsibilities
* Process purchase requisitions and maintain accurate records of purchase orders.
* Ensure timely payment processing and collaborate with the payments team.
* Source suppliers and handle quotation requests as required.
* Assist with travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements for employees and visitors.
* Manage visitor and candidate protocols, including inductions and work completion reports.
* Support HR administration tasks, such as recruitment and employee access management.
* Maintain accurate records for lockers, access badges, and time-tracking systems.
* Assist with facilities administration to ensure a smooth work environment.
* Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and audit standards.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or a business administration qualification.
* ERP system experience is preferred.
* A strong background in purchasing and procurement is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
