The Role
* Prepare client entities' bookkeeping and accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Process VAT returns to Revenue in a timely manner, maintaining excellent relationships with the tax authority.
* Monitor bank accounts daily, allocating rents, service charges, and receipts to tenant accounts efficiently.
* Process supplier invoices for landlord payments, liaising with Property Managers to approve invoices and provide expense analysis.
Requirements
* Hold relevant accountancy qualifications, such as ATI, or be willing to obtain them.
* Prior experience working in Property Management is advantageous, but not essential.
* Develop and maintain excellent IT skills, including proficiency in accounting software.
* Demonstrate an efficient, reliable, and thorough 'can-do' attitude, prioritizing tasks effectively.
