Ashgrove Renewables is processing a large number of grants weekly. The Grant Documentation Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting grant management by ensuring accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and organise documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
* Prepare complete and accurate grant documentation.
* Monitor grant deadlines and ensure timely submission of documentation.
* Input and maintain data in grant management software or database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness.
* Liaise with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders, and other professionals on documentation requirements.
* Assist with document formatting, template creation, and presentation consistency.
* Prepare for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation availability and organization.
* Provide administrative support to the grant team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting research on potential grant opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years experience in administrative support and document coordination role.
* Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments or within the renewable energy sector.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
