Strategic Accounts Manager (Infrastructure)
This role will involve establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and industry leaders, identifying business growth opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal and external partners to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for business development within the specified industry sector in Ireland
* Facilitate communications between local teams, headquarters, and other subsidiaries on relevant project and application matters
* Support field-based sales teams in delivering high levels of client satisfaction by identifying key project opportunities and maximizing support throughout the process
* Identify potential for product expansion through upselling and cross-selling with existing and prospective clients
* Collaborate with internal departmentscommercial, design, and technical supportto ensure client issues are resolved promptly

Requirements:
* Background knowledge of the IT/Tech industry, particularly in data center developments
* Relevant education or qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Business with experience in power management, networking, and/or automation
* A driven and motivated work ethic, with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
* Strong IT/computer skills, especially with MS Office products, and experience with CRM systems
* A valid, full Irish driving license
