About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executiveto join ourEvents & Salesteam.
As a Marketing Executive, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies that promote our hotels brand, enhance guest engagement, and drive revenue growth.
You will work closely with the events & sales team to implement various campaigns, manage social media, and collaborate on promotional activities.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: - Assist in creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns to promote hotel services and amenities.
- Support the management of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, including partnerships, collaborations, and special packages.
- Maintain the hotels website and ensure content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Support the events & sales team with administrative tasks and project management.
About you: - Education in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field desirable but not necessary.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and experience with tools such as Canva.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
