Key Responsibilities
* Provide prompt, professional, and efficient customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
* Assist in creating and refining customer service processes and procedures as the company continues to grow.
* Collaborate with the team to establish a key account management process to ensure the highest level of service for top-tier clients.
* Take on a leadership role, overseeing a team of three junior customer service representatives, as you gain knowledge of the product and internal processes.
* Manage customer data with attention to detail, ensuring records are kept up-to-date and used to improve customer interactions.
Requirements
* 3 – 4 years of experience in a customer service or account management role, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Ambitious and eager to take on a leadership role, with the potential to manage a small team in the future.
* Ability and willingness to quickly learn about our product and services to better assist customers.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and improve processes.
* Comfortable using various customer support software and tools. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to thrive in a startup environment where processes are evolving, and change is frequent.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing customer accounts and internal tasks.
