We are seeking an experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to assist our departmental managers with the daily operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and maintain the highest standards in all aspects of hotel management.
Responsibilities
* Assist departmental managers with daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services to guests.
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.
* Monitor and improve hotel processes, identifying areas for growth and implementing changes as needed.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and drive business results.
* Foster strong relationships with colleagues, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hotel services industry.
* Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent communication, IT, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing support and guidance as needed.
