About the Role
Manage the functional level of effort /workstream progress, deliverables, quality assurance, and customer service via use of DP World Tools in line with the global launch governance methodology. Serve as the primary escalation point of contact to internal/ external stakeholders for all ops launch activities throughout a project lifecycle. Support the PMO Team to implement deliverables that support the project initiation, define, build, deploy and transition tollgate phases.
Please note: Requirement to travel up to 100% of the working week in line with business needs
How you will contribute
1. Support the implementation of launches in line with the Launch Governance Methodology/approach.
2. Support the planning, development, testing and implementation of launches to ensure timely deliverables, project success and quality for the Ops Launch Team roles & responsibilities (RACIS)
3. Developing good working relationships with the customer throughout the projects lifecycle.
4. Manage project launch budgets, initiate action to identify and resolve problems, and ensure goals are met.
5. Review, communicate and escalate critical project issues with the Ops Launch Director & Project Manager
6. Ensure Process Flows are completed for operational/system design.
7. Lead and Participate in business process redesign teams.
8. Present operational aspects of solution to all relevant internal & customer stakeholders.
9. Review, communicate and escalate critical project issues to the PMO team.
10. Provide support & training to the operational launch team members.
11. Ensure Internal and Customer UAT is completed as per agreed scenarios successfully and on time by the Ops Launch team members where applicable.
12. Ensure test script scenarios for Internal UAT are completed where applicable.
What you will bring
13. 10 years’ experience in Warehouse Operation at a management level in a logistics/manufacturing environment in the Auto Vertical. Experience in the Chemical Vertical is desirable but not essential. Managing experience in developing and growing a team is desirable including process & team development.
14. Bachelor’s degree: experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

16. Able to analyse information, using logic to address work-related issues and problems.
17. Persistent in the face of obstacles.
