* Operational: Ensure service standards, conduct shift meetings, foster guest relations, maintain floor presence and management.
* People Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff members, as well as handle disciplinary actions when necessary.
* Financial Management: Optimize staffing costs, identify opportunities to increase sales, analyze profit and loss statements, forecast future revenue, and generate reports.
* Compliance: Uphold Health & Safety, Hygiene, Fire Safety, and Licensing regulations.
The ideal candidate is an inspirational leader with at least three years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a busy, upscale restaurant. They should possess a hands-on and enthusiastic management style and a genuine desire to nurture and develop a high-performing team.
