Role: PA Grade IV
Hours: 35 weekly
Salary: in line with Grade IV
Tenure: The approval is for an initial 3 month period
Job Specifics: The role is very busy and varied with elements of HR/Office Administration, providing cross cover within the administrative team for leave purposes. The list below is not exhaustive, and the person needs to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills while working in a stressful environment.
Duties:
* Processing of Senior Staff Nurse Applications
* Processing of Enhanced Nurse Applications
* Processing of Maternity Leave Applications
* Processing of Parents Leave Applications
* Processing of Parental Leave Applications
* Employment Verification Letters
* Verification of Service Forms
* Managing Flexi records for other staff members
* Room bookings
* Teleconference Bookings
* Contract Extensions for Temporary Staff
* Inputting to SAP for all nurses/midwives/HCAs during periods of leave for the Grade 3, TRO
* Correspondence as required to support staff visa applications
* Additional filing and preparation of staff personnel files to support the effective operation of the office for the senior nurse management team
* Completing requisition forms
* Scheduling of rolling departmental meetings, minute taking, and room bookings
* Management of appointments for the DoN
* Maintenance of any databases currently in place
* Assistance with the preparation of reports relevant to the service
