Senior HR Generalist Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Professional to join our team and gain operational and strategic experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of all talent management activities, including conducting interviews
* Trusted advisor on employee relations issues, such as disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals
* Development and execution of engagement and employee recognition activities
* Support in driving and optimising the company's HRIS System
* Specialist HR support on policies and procedures aligned with company objectives and employment legislation
* Creation of HR reports to track company analytics, such as absenteeism, engagement levels, and recruitment requisitions
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-4 years of Human Resources Experience
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of Irish Tax/Employment Law
* Experience in managing employee relations cases and utilising HRIS Systems
* Qualification in HR or CIPD
* Preferable experience within a manufacturing organisation
* Proficiency in utilising HR Systems and Microsoft Office applications
