Commis Chef Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commis Chef to join our culinary team at the Holyrood Hotel Donegal.
About the Role
* Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen during service, preparing and cooking dishes to order.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in cookery and menu planning.
* Familiarity with food safety and handling practices.

* A full-time permanent position working 39 hours per week.
