Key Responsibilities
* Advise clients on high-value M&A transactions, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations, and public takeovers.
* Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, investment agreements, and shareholder arrangements.
* Manage multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate with legal teams across Europe, the US, and beyond.
* Provide strategic advice to clients on structuring, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters.
* Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams in areas such as tax, finance, and litigation to deliver seamless client service.

Candidate Profile
* 2–5 years’ PQE in M&A, private equity, or general corporate law gained with a large or mid-sized law firm in Ireland, the UK, South Africa, New Zealand, or Australia.
* Strong transactional experience and excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
* A commercial mindset with the ability to provide pragmatic and solutions-driven advice.
* Proven ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
