Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our People team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work alongside a high-performance team to ensure a strong culture and robust policy implementation across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive a positive employee relations culture; proactively resolve issues and mediate conflicts
2. Promote and initiate new employee engagement programmes and encourage employees' involvement
3. Coach and empower leaders during the entire employee life cycle
4. Drive the recruitment process, working closely with the Hiring Manager
5. Responsible for employee files and relevant documentation in relation to new hires, changes, and leavers
6. Benchmark H.R. best practices and develop company-wide HR initiatives and programs in line with business requirements
7. Manage probation, performance reviews to ensure timely completion
8. Ad-hoc projects and duties as required
Requirements
* BA Degree in HR or similar discipline
* 4 years' experience in a hands-on generalist HR role
* Strong HR systems and MS Office Suite experience
* Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels
* Enjoys a varied role and puts emphasis on strong culture and team building initiatives
* Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
* Highly organised and strong attention to detail
