Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable, as successful client and candidate relationship management is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media platforms.
* Screening candidates by reviewing CVs and job applications.
* Designing and managing candidate experiences.
* Developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
* Participating in all stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, reference checks, pre-employment compliance, and onboarding.
* Account management of clients, maintaining excellent customer service levels both internally and externally.
* Business development, bringing on new business and growing profitability.
* Administrative tasks, populating databases with required information and ensuring accuracy.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Working knowledge of current employment legislation.
* Proven track record of business development and sales (desirable).
* High levels of organisation.
