Requirements
* At least 6 months' relevant experience within an administration or clerical capacity
* Experience of minute taking is essential for this role
* Experience in a role within a Health and Social Care Trust would be advantageous
* Min 3 GCSE's including Maths and English
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Must be a team player
* Proficient user of MS Office
* Ability to work under pressure
* Highly motivated
Responsibilities
1. The post holder will be required to provide a range of secretarial, administration and clerical duties
2. The person will work closely with all members of the team to enhance service delivery
3. Administrative & clerical support duties within a fast-paced office
4. Typing and circulation of correspondence, to include letters, reports, forms, invitations, minutes, untoward incidents
5. Diary management, make appointments, book venues/facilities for team members to include using Outlook Diary
6. Note taking at meetings
7. Filing of all letters, memos, and reports etc. on a daily basis
8. To be responsible for the recording and maintenance of all invoices
9. To be responsible for the full administration and accounting of petty cash and the administration and recording of financial documentation
10. Scanning and Photocopying as required
11. To deal with internal and external mail in a timely and efficient manner
12. Provide cover for other administrative staff to cope with workload variation and provide cover for annual sickness leave
